6 bed property in the middle of Hendon, between Hendon Central tube station on the Northern Line and Hendon train station.
We would prefer a male housemate to have even numbers, but are open to female housemates as well.
Non students are preferred or students willing to contribute to council tax.
We have two bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen and a large back garden. The bedroom would fit a double bed but currently has a single.
Bills are no more than £55 a month, inclusive of water, gas, electric, tv licence, broadband and essentials such as loo roll and washing up liquid.
