Compact room in prime travel location,large garden

We have 1 compact, single room available to rent in a shared home in Hendon.

3 minute walk to Brent Cross Shopping Centre where there is also a large bus terminal.

6 minute walk to Hendon Central tube station - Northern line that also runs all night on the weekends, from there it's only 15 mins to Camden and 22 mins to Tottenham Court Road Station.

Middlesex University is really close, as well as local pubs and shops.

We are looking for a relaxed person who is clean and helps to maintain a tidy home. We respect each others space but also enjoy catching up at times, but no pressure, everyone does their own thing. There is one vegetarian, one vegan, and one meat eater, everyone respects each others eating habits.

We have a nice, big garden with a small pond but there is no living room.

There is parking on a road nearby that has restrictions in the day time, but usually has parking available.

Some bills such as Wifi and Council tax are included, whereas utilities (gas, water and electric) are split between the housemates equally.

The room is unfurnished, apart from a wooden bed frame with a mattress (single), and a clothes rail.

We have a cat, so if you are not a fan of cats or animals, we are not the house for you. And unfortunately we can't accept any new pets.
