Double room with en suite in lovely Herne Hill

Hi,

I have a double room with en suite bathroom available on a quiet road in Herne Hill. I am looking initially for a short-term tenant (1-3 months), with the potential for longer term.

It is five minutes walk from Herne Hill station and 20 minutes door-to-door to Victoria via the overground. Fifteen-minute walk to Denmark Hill Station. Brixton and Camberwell both in easy walking distance.

The double room is spacious, bright, has plenty of storage and an en suite bathroom. Additional storage available in a large basement.

The flat is on the ground floor and has a large, exclusive-access back garden.

You must like cats! (Ned and Ralph both feature in the photos). And be tidy.

I'm a sports journalist who generally works a 9-5, splitting my hours between home and the office. I’m sociable, enjoy the pubs and restaurants around the area and like cooking and gardening.
