Huge double room available in a beautiful Victorian house in Herne Hill. You’ll struggle to find more space for this price in London - the house is a 4 bed house with a big garden (and a BBQ!), a living room with an open fire, kitchen with an aga, 2 bathrooms, an attic and a basement. The bedroom advertised is fully furnished with a king size bed, bedside table, dressing table and has built in wardrobes.

The flat mates are 3 guys - Will, Will and Alex who are up for a drink, night out or binging a TV series but equally happy to chill out in their rooms. They are awesome flat mates to have :)

The house is a 10 mins walk from Herne Hill, about 5 mins from Brockwell park which has a Lido and gym and the number 3 bus goes from outside our door to Brixton within 10 mins so perfect commutable location!

We also have a cleaner who comes every other week so house is always clean!
