I've recently moved to a large, warm victorian house and am looking for some friendly humans to share the space, turning a house into a home…

3 rooms (separately or together)
Each room has a bed (4ft / small double), wardrobe and some storage space as pictured.
The house has a modern kitchen, shower, two toilets, washing machine and a large living / dining room. There is a garden due some TLC, and a low ceiling utility room currently in use as a yoga / stretching space.

Queer friendly.
Not amazingly accessible unfortunately; narrow doors, steps down to kitchen, up to bedrooms. Walk in shower

It's based a 5 minute walk from Brixton tube + rail stations, other nearby stations provide fast access to central + east London.

Nearby we have brockwell park + lido, Herne hill GP, Brixton rec, alllll that good stuff.

I'm a 30YO working professional, with a keen interest in the performing arts and a tendency to try out extreme sports. Occasional party fanatic, mostly boardgames / jazz / Netflix.
Vege / pescetarian + non-smoker fwiw.
