Beautiful double bedroom in Art Deco appartment

Lovely, bright double bedroom available in a beautiful art deco flat in Herne Hill living with myself.
This ground floor flat is comprised of a huge open plan living room/kitchen, two double bedrooms, bathroom (with bath and shower), balcony area and communal gardens. All of the rooms in the flat are really well sized, with loads of light and big windows, pale varnished wooden floors and white washed walls. I don’t have photos of the actual flat but seen attached are photos of another flat in the block which has been decorated very similarly.
I am a musician. I spend a reasonable amount of time doing various creative projects from home. I am quiet, considerate of other people’s space and easy to get on with. I would like to live with somebody clean and considerate, mature and not too much of a party animal.

It is situated in Herne Hill, 5 minute bus from Denmark Hill, and 10 min bus from Brixton.
