Nice light en-suite attic room, furnished, with separate storage, shower, toilet etc. Double, but for lone occupant please. Occasional guests welcome.
House has spacious open kitchen with dining table and patio garden with canopy. Washer dryer and piano.

Sometimes there are children in the house, both sleep well and are polite and friendly,

I have specified a female housemate, as I feel the presence of a woman in the house will be benificial to the social education of my children and the general atmosphere. Not out of personal prejudice or predilection.

I am easy going, good humoured and friendly. I am around most of the time, but occasionally travel away for for work -performance and art based.
