Description
I’m moving home for 5 months and will be subletting my room, in our dreamy house, for that time.
The house is super spacious with 4 berooms, two bathrooms, kitchen dinner, separate living room, conservatory (which is super handy for bike storage, we have a few!) and study / spareroom (again super handy for covid free guests).
We’re also super lucky to have a HUGE garden with BBQ, homemade ping pong table, plum, apple and pear trees and drum roll pleaaaaase!....WILD ROSEMARY – it really is bloody great! There’s also a huge drive at the front, for free parking. Great for visitors.
The room is cosy but plenty big enough for a double and furniture and the rest of the house provides plenty living room and storage.
You’ll be sharing with an absolute winning band of housemates (think Queen / Oasis minus the break up) - 2 couples and 1 singleton.
Dr Reece can be found tinkering with bikes, training like Lance (no EPO) or making a mean apple crumble – oh and saves some live now and again.
Harriet – Knows more about Gin than I do about myself, makes a top notch roast and will soon be wrangling with the young ‘uns (teaching).
Fred – a Youtube superstar, also keen cyclist (possible distant blood relative of Froomey) and vegan apprentice – or was anyway, update to follow. Works in building management systems.
Ben is usually found beating things up in the kitchen at the weekend, he calls it ‘kneading bread’. Also, big bikes fan and crafted the ping pong table from trees and his bare hands (or a wardrobe but who cares!) Works for an energy company.
Issy – Vegan cooking supreme of the house (sorry Fred), painter of the garden pub sign (did I mention we have a pub build in progress?!?! Just a sign so far but big things incoming) and also has some very green fingers tips (like gardening, not going moldy). Works in the civil service.
The landlord is great, very chill and always gets things fixed super speedy!
Looking for a chilled out person who wants to get involved in the social side of things (all the guys have their own things going on as well, it's not a cult situation) and is happy doing their bit to keep the place tidy.
All bills tend to come to around £70ish/month. Afraid it’s a no couples. Any questions fire away!
Looking to arrange viewing for next week (week days ideally)
