We live on a quiet street very close to bustling Brixton and Brockwell Park.
We have all the usuals kitchen utilities, washing machine, dryer, and a nice and cosy living room. We also have a beautiful garden, with a small patio, dinning table and barbecue, a fantastic place to enjoy sunny summers.
Council tax and water bills are included in the £700 rent, but we still pay about £40 each per month for gas/electricity and £8 Internet. The cost of energy may be a bit higher for the winter months.
The room is let directly by the landlord, who does not live in the house.
House mates are five working people in their 30's and 40's, some of which are working from home at the moment.
