House has 3 bedrooms, 1 shower-room, separate toilet, ( toilet and showeroom BRAND NEW JUST RENOVATED TO HIGH SPECS ) kitchen, living room, utility room, garden, private car park, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, fast internet fiber, very powerful shower, wood flooring throughout, 50 metre from Brockwell park, 5 minutes walk from Herne hill British rail, 12 minutes train journey to Farrington/Blackfriars for city workers or 12 minutes train journey to Victoria station for central London commuters.

House share is made of 3 bedroom and 3 housemates in total when full.

The 2 existing housemates women will prefer WOMEN as hosemates.

We are very sorry to men but we are looking for a woman to live with us just to be comfortable walking around the house in pyjamas, ect. .

The room cost £ 850 per calendar month and the rent is payable every 1st of the month monthly by electronic bank transfer

There are NOT any other expenses at all . .

To enter you will pay for the first month rent and £ 450 as a deposit which will be held for the duration of your stay and protected as by law and returnable on your exit.
Then you would set up a standing order every 1st of the month to continue pay rent every 1st of every calendar month.

To terminate letting the landlord requires 4 weeks / 1 month notice.
