The flat is in the first and second floor of a victorian conversion, with access to a shared garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room, bathroom and WC. It is around 10 min walk from Herne Hill and North Dulwich stations. The decor is dated and this is reflected in the price, which does not include bills (bills and council tax amount roughly to £150/ month on average).

One of the current tenants is working from home, while the other two work in central London, and have been living in the flat for more than a year already. It is definitely not a party house, but a relaxing place to return to.
