Room in 2 bed flat - Herne Hill/Brixton

I am looking for someone to rent a room in my two bed flat. The room is spacious and bright with plenty of storage in the wardrobe, ottoman bed or loft. There is plenty of room for a desk if you wanted to work from home.

The flat is a split level victorian conversion with lots of light and space. There is a dining/living room and a separate kitchen with the bedrooms on the second floor.

Amazing location in poets corner with a ten minute walk to either Brixton tube station (Victoria line) or Herne Hill station. Brockwell park and lido are a short walk away as is Herne Hill market and of course all the pubs and restaurants of Brixton.

I am a consultant who likes cooking (eating) and any activity that lets me be outside and exercising.

I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful and easy going. Who is happy to chill/go to the pub/watch trashy TV.
