The space
A home where the extra large eat in kitchen is the heart of the house. A home where you can live closer to your morals with zero fossil usage (no gas connection). A road with very low traffic. Extra toilet downstairs.

Your room
The second bedroom at the back of the home has a double bed, 4 fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Your bathroom is an ensuite shower room, with a heated floor, mirror rails, and a rainfall shower.

The share of bills in summer is £185, and rises in winter by 50ish depending on your love of heating. The downstairs uses underfloor heating, making the tiled kitchen lovely in winter.
The property uses an air-source heat pump to heat itself, using no gas. Council tax band E

You'll share the house with the very clean and tidy non drinker Lisa, her room is the master at the front of the house and she uses the master bathroom. The homeowner has stuff in a downstairs room as I 'live' here but am never present, and the house only has two occupants in reality.
During Feb 2026 it will be 3 . (Landlord's 47yr old cardiologist brother is coming from Australia for further training, he will stay for a month while he figures out where to live close to his new work and long hours)

Access
Getting around London is super fast with overground trains to London Victoria, London Kings Cross and beyond from Herne Hill, 7 min walk. Use the 24hr underground/tube from Brixton to get into Oxford Circus via the fast Victoria line, 12 min walk.
