Spare room in Brixton from mid July

Hey hey we have a spare room in Brixton from 15th July until 26th August. (slight flexibility with the start date if you were only available until a couple weeks later)
The room (975+bills) is a double room, with your own bathroom and is the only bedroom on the floor. Flat has a large living/kitchen area and huge decked garden (photos don't do it justice!).

We're 23, 24, and 25 working professionals, working a mix of at home/in office. V nice vibes in the house, think pub trips/dinner parties etc. All pretty sporty and social, though equally respectful of personal space and enjoy a relaxed night in.
