Two rooms available in quiet, friendly flatshare

We are Anna (26) + Mariana, (28) we are young professionals working in the arts (dance and make up artist). We work from home frequently, and enjoy a quiet relaxed home environment. Queer and vegan friendly. We like doing our own thing, but enjoy flat dinners, movie nights, and visiting the park together. Anna enjoys baking, reading, DnD, languages, films, and crochet. Mariana enjoys makeup, movies, cooking, pilates and going out. We would love a likeminded female identifying someone to join our household who would also enjoy spending time together. Veggie/vegan is a plus but not a necessity.

We are interested in forming a female only space and hoping to build a home, so this is not suitable for men or short-term lets.

Ideally located with a two-minute walk to both Brockwell park and Herne Hill station, with 15 minute transport connections to central London. 20-minute walk to Brixton tube and the Victoria line. Local shops include Sainsbury’s Local and Tesco Express, two pharmacies, a gym, lido, bakeries, local pubs and restaurants, independent bookshops and Sunday market, within a two-minute walk.

A converted Victorian flat on the third floor, (be aware there is no lift) with high ceilings, large windows, and lots of character. Flat includes four large bedrooms, bathroom with separate bathtub and shower, a small living room (in progress), closet space, W. C., and kitchen with gas hob, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.

Both Bedrooms available are spacious (high ceilings) + sunny in the mornings (big windows). The slightly smaller room comes partially furnished with wardrobe, mattress and chest of drawers. There may be a bed of dubious quality available.

The larger bedroom, is completely unfurnished but can come with a bed frame (including mattress) for an extra cost + clothes rail (free).

Council tax Band C

Bills are approximately 90 pounds per month.
