Gorgeous sunlit double room next to Ruskin Park

Hello there! We would like to welcome another lovely person into our home. It is very important that our next housemate is prioritising a quiet home not just a house, as that is how we approach our living situation. It is not a party house at all, of course you are welcome to bring a friend or partner over but we are essentially looking for another homebody type like us. We have the current head tenant in the form of Princess Leia our cat (who can be spotted surveying in the window in one picture) so it is vital that you are a cat lover and understand that whatever she says, goes.

We are looking for people who have experience living in a home share and understand the importance of respecting communal spaces (i. e. keeping clean and tidy). We are lucky to have a wonderful landlord who is very sweet, and although the house isn't tip top minimalist with everything new, we love it very much because it truly is a haven. It feels like a family home, a bit like the Weasleys house in Harry Potter! PLUS we have a beautiful garden with a fruiting fig tree which is stunning in the summer and we have a weekly cleaner (Barbara) and everyone pays on a rotating basis (you pay every four weeks) £36 to do the common spaces.

We are council tax band F with Lambeth but the council tax and water bills are included in the rent so that's one less thing to worry about!
