One room available for 2 month sublet

I am looking to sublet my room in our four bedroom flat. It is available from 26th April - 1st July. You would be living with Rhea and Katelyn. Rhea's interests include knitting and photography, she works in a zero waste shop, and is vegan. Katelyn is Australian, works as a support worker, and enjoys going on London adventures.

You will also be living with Caris and then Liv - women who are subletting another bedroom while our housemate Anna is abroad. We think they will fit in with the house.

The room is large and gets beautiful light in the late afternoon. It has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.

The flat has a kitchen with gas hob, washing machine, and dishwasher, a bathroom with bathtub, a w. c., storage closet, and small room with a futon sofa that works as a small living room, guest room, and room to dry laundry in.

We are a two minute walk from Herne Hill train station, with 10/15min connections to central London, and a 20 min walk to Brixton station on the Victoria line.

The flat is a five minute walk to Brockwell park, which has a lido and summer festivals. The surrounding area has pharmacies, pubs, a gym, post office, a Sainsburys Local and Tesco's Express.

We are looking for people with similar interests to join our flat for a short period, we are a friendly household that enjoys the occasional flat dinner or movie night, and are also clean and respectful of the shared space.

For info, we have been dealing with moths a bit lately. The room in question is going to be smoke treated just to make sure there's no risk there's any in there when someone moves in. Where they have been in other rooms, this is being dealt with separately and continuously.
