Room herne hill

Hi!
My room is available in Herne Hill!

It's a double located on the ground floor with a double bed and chest of drawers. It has high ceilings and plenty of storage space.

The flat is an old Victorian terrace house. It has 2 bathrooms, 1 upstairs and one downstairs. With a big kitchen and a lovely garden to chill in when the weather is hot( though its bit overgrown atm lol)

You will be living with 4 lovely flatmates. And a lovely friendly dog, Teddy!
Everyone is aged 30-40, working professionally and love to keep the house clean and tidy. So we would love the next person to be the same.

The rent for the month will be £525 not including bills (around 650 with the bills included). Very well priced for the location. You will be 8 min walk to Herne Hill train station & the beautiful Brockwell park. 1 min walk to 68 and 468 (24h) bus stop that goes into the centre of London.

Herne hill is also a beautiful area of London filled with little shops, parks, and a Sunday market.

The room is available at the end of the month.
