Lovely 4-bed in the heart of Herne Hill. People stay here a long time, it’s comfy, well-connected, and feels like home.

Transport & location:
- Thameslink: 2 mins to Herne Hill station, Victoria, Blackfriars, Kings Cross.
- Southern: 10 mins to North Dulwich, London Bridge etc.
- Multiple Bus links to Brixton, Dulwich, (15, 25 min walk) Peckham & more.
- 2 mins to Brockwell Park, Sunday market, shops, pharmacy, pubs & cafés.

About us:
Three professionals in our 30s, easy going, tidy, and respectful. Fliss/Frances work in the office, while Alex works from home 2/3 days. we’re looking for someone with a similar schedule.

Past the party-house era (though we’ve had our fair share of a few lively New Year’s Eve parties!). We enjoy a relaxed social vibe: cooking together (or rather, Alex cooking when Fliss gets home late) exploring London, TV binges, and pub runs (keen to join a local pub quiz). We keep communal spaces clean & Tidy - have a rotating cleaning schedule. Friends & family are welcome, but we ask for mindfulness during the working week.

- Large unfurnished double + wardrobe
- On its own floor, next to bathroom - feels like its own en suite (shared with 1)
- Spacious, fully furnished house (cosy, “lived in” in the best way!)
- Large, comfy living room, two bathrooms + additional downstairs loo
