Part time Let in Herne Hill

We are looking for a part time tenant in our bright and spacious 3 bedroom flat in Herne Hill. We are 2 women aged 31 and 32 who work in the Charity Sector and live a fairly quiet life, especially during the week.

We keep a clean and cosy flat (we like to think!) with a big living room, fairly new kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom and balcony overlooking lots of greenery. A 5 min walk to Herne Hill train station, as well as Brockwell Park.

We are looking for someone who needs to be in London a few nights a week to work in the office (up to 4 nights but preferably 3). We have had a part time tenant for the past year and its worked really well, but she is moving on to live with her partner.

While staying with us we will give space in the fridge and cupboards to keep food, and there is a double bed and built in wardrobe where you are welcome to store what you need. The room is a small double, but comfortable and light with a big window.

The price is £500 per month including bills based on 3 nights per week and we can negotiate for more nights or reduce for fewer but not less that £450. Move in date would be around 1st December as that's when our current tenant moves out but we can wait till after Xmas if preferred. We would also consider short term full time lets (1-2 months).

We love relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine, cooking and eating out- happy for you to join us if you want!
