Double Room - 30 seconds from Herne Hill station

1 double room available in a lovely 4 bed 2 bath house in Herne Hill. Open plan living area leading to the garden sold us last year!

We are looking for 2 people to replace our current out going flatmates who are leaving for a ski season. Happy for 2 people that know each other or 2 completely separate people!

The house is a 30 second walk from Herne Hill station or 15 mins to Brixton which makes the commute very easy.

Brockwell park is on our doorstep with access to residents tickets at the festivals over the summer

There are 2 bathrooms in the property so you will only be sharing with one other person. Kitchen also has a gas hob which was a huge selling point for us!

About us:

Zish (me): I am working as a tax consultant in central London and a big football fan (classic London living United fan). I am also big in fitness and gym with a fitness first round the corner, getting a new gym partner would be a bonus. Also enjoy a pub trip and an occasional game on the ps5 that lives downstairs for when we chill in the evening.

Kyle: I’m currently working as a manager of a Spanish tapas bar. I am also a big football fan (classic deluded arsenal fan). I’m a big music fan and also interested in food, fashion and art.

We are looking for 2 males to join the house share and the main ask is to be tidy! Can be as social as you want, not too fussed - we are always chilling watching the footy etc but also value time on our ones.
