Description
Hi all, there are two rooms available in our gorgeous sunny spacious flat with big living room and balcony.
One is a good-sized double (490). The other is a massive double, probably ideal for a couple (860). The regular double has a door leading out onto the balcony, hence significantly cheaper.
You'd be living with Lucy (37, fan of foraging, fungi, nature stuff, psychology, feminism, works in conservation communications). She may or may not be heading off traveling later this year.
Ideally we'll keep the flat a friendly, communal place where we can share meals and good vibes. So bonus points if you are:
- veggie or vegan, or close/aspiring
- in your 30s/40s. we find it can be a better fit with people in the same age group, similar stages of life, that sort of thing
- care about the world and like doing things to improve it
- want to create a low key flat family with a nourishing supportive vibe
- have a bike to add to our hall bike collection
None of these are compulsory... just indicative.
Bills are around £100-120 each.
We also have a really active tenants' union who help fight the power, big shared garden, community veg patch and summer bbqs etc. It's a good place to befriend the neighbours/be befriended by them, sadly unusual for London in my experience.
If this sounds interesting, please drop me a message with a bit about you! (Please stick in as much relevant detail as you can.)
