Female flatmate wanted - 2 bed flat Herne Hill

Moving north to be closer to work so I'm looking for someone to replace me in this lovely 2 bed flat. Prime summer location - literally 1 min walk from Brockwell Park, 10 min walk from Herne Hill station and plenty of buses close by - so you're very well connected! Fruit & Veg and 2 Off licences right outside the door!

The flat has private roof terrace which is an absolute blessing - great for bbqs, drinks and ppl watching. 🌞

The room is quite small but doable and worth it for the flat - has a desk and (like) new Ikea bed with storage underneath.

You will be living with Heaven - she's 21 and works in hospitality, and will be going to uni this year. She's a lovely girl, easy going and great to live with 🥰

We signed a 12 month contract with 6 month break clause (from may 24- may 25) - however we will be doing a mid tenant change as part of the contract. So you will need to pass agent referencing before moving in.
