It’s bright throughout the day with a lovely view of the garden. The flat occupies the first and second floors of a double-fronted Victorian house on a quiet street. There’s a kitchen, living room and bathroom with separate toilet.
It’s very well-located, a 10 minute walk from Brockwell Park, Herne Hill station and a 10 minute walk from North Dulwich station. There are also lots of good bus routes and Brixton tube station nearby.
It’s a friendly and laid-back and would suit someone who is looking for a peaceful home.
Move-in date from Sunday 1st September. No pets, students or couples, unfortunately.
Rent is £510 paid on the 1st of each month. Bills are around £100/month.
