Small Double Available in Spacious Flat

Two friendly flatmates looking for an easygoing person for a small double room in a spacious, light, and airy flat.

You'll be sharing with Rich- a Set Builder, and Gemma- a Landscape Architect. We both work Mon - Fri in the office and looking for someone with a similar schedule just to keep things simple. It is well suited for someone who would like a Mon - Fri (or similar) let, but 7 days a week works too!

THE ROOM

A small double room that is bright and quiet. Can be furnished with a bed and chest of drawers. Mirror and coat rack on the back of the door.

THE FLAT

The flat is large, open and light with a kitchen, living room, dining room, toilet, bathroom and west-facing balcony. It is fully furnished and in a safe and friendly block. Bikes can be stored in the flat. Parking is available with a permit.

The flat is 8-10 minutes walk into Herne Hill (and the station - Thameslink + Southern Rail), and buses taking you into central London stop right outside. Brixton tube is 25 min walk.

The room would be perfect for a busy professional (30+) who needs a relaxing, flexible, and easy base to retreat to during the week.

The room is available 25th July.
