3 week sublet in Herne Hill Dec 26/Jan 16 £620

I'm subletting my room to one person in our lovely cozy flat 3mins walk from Herne Hill station which will take you to central London in a 10 mins train (Kings cross, Farringdon, Victoria). 10 mins cycle from Brixton tube station, Lido and lovely Sunday market plus any shop you might need. The room is nice and quiet, and I will make some space for you to store your clothes and belongings. I live with two lovely, respectful and good vibes guys. Our flat has a kitchen to eat and hang out and a separate living room. We are a chilled household and looking for someone who is also relaxed, has good vibes and is calm and friendly. We enjoy sharing some time together as well as our own private space. This is our home, we love it and take good care of it. We have fortnightly cleaning rota to help us keep spaces clean and tidy, you'll take my place on that rota to make sure we all do our fair bit of cleaning.

The price covers all bills and rent for the 3 weeks and it's not negotiable I'm afraid.
