3 month + Sublet in Art Deco Flat in Herne Hill

We have one semi-furnished (bed, dresser and display cabinet but no desk) room going in our beautiful flat. The room is spacious and faces onto our communal balcony. The flat has lots of communal space: a large living/dining room, a kitchen with space to sit and eat in, a balcony, and the flat complex has a lovely communal garden that's great for BBQing.
You’ll be living with two flat mates, one who is an artist and filmmaker working with grassroots organisations and community-level arts projects, the other an artist and art-technician also focussed on community-level arts projects. We tend to use the shared space to make things, to sew and to draw, but try to not do it in an intrusive way. We’re both on the political left and are looking for another lefty
The mood of the flat is social and calm and communal. We like cooking and hosting but all enjoy private space. It's not a party flat but we might do karaoke once in a while. We’re looking for a flatmate in their late 20s
The flat is up the hill from Herne Hill station and Camberwell. The sublet is initially for 3-months but might be able to be extended. We’re sorry we can’t offer more stability - rent reforms now plz
