We have a relaxed and friendly 5-bed house with 1 room available. The rent is £998, which includes all bills - council tax, water, internet, energy and TV licence. The roomi us a large doublewith lots of natural light.

We're 8 minutes’ walk from Brockwell Park and its famous retro-style Lido, gym, tennis courts and cafes. Nearby Herne Hill train station gets you to Victoria station in 10 minutes.
We’re 5 minutes’ walk from Tulse Hill station with fast connections to the City (London Bridge in 20 minutes). There are bus stops 2 and 3 minutes’ walk away – with buses 2, 415, 452, 196, 201, 322, 68 and 468 to nearby Brixton and Denmark Hill/Euston. Flatmates of all ages and lifestyles are welcome, we are LGBT friendly. It's a sociable house with the possibility of shared cooking/meals. But we all respect each other's space.
