I am moving out of my lovely flat in Herne Hill at the end of August to move in with my partner, looking for a friendly young professional to take over my room.
The room is a lovely size in a quiet area - it includes a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The flat shares a kitchen / lounge with my wonderful flatmate who will be staying. Access to a communal garden!
My flatmate is fantastic - super chill, tidy, great cook, great listener, sociable and amazing with plants. He’s a 25 yr old animator who loves being active, as well as gaming and a dinner party every now and then too.
Herne Hill is a dream. The flat is just above a Budgens and a couple of lovely cafes. 7 mins down the road from North Dulwich station and 10 mins from Herne Hill station, with a Sainsbury’s and Tesco. There’s plenty to do in Herne Hill (cafes, bars, restaurants), next to Brockwell park, and walkable to Brixton (Victoria Line).
My move out date isn’t fully confirmed at the moment, but looks to be the first week of September. Do get in contact if you have questions about anything!
