I’m looking for a new housemate in my current flat as my housemate is moving in with friends.

I’m a professional working in London 3 days a week and 2 days at home. I tend to be busy with work and exercise during the week and love coming home to a chilled/social/clean/tidy environment to recharge.

Would love to live with someone likeminded.

Weekends can be catching up with friends or chilling in with a good series - and a long run for balance.

The flat is right next to Brockwell Park with:
- Direct buses to brixton (Victoria line)
- Direct trains to London Bridge, Blackfriars, Farringdon and King’s Cross
- Direct buses to central London passing by King’s College

Current lease ends in April.
