Double room available in beautiful house & garden

Furnished Double Room in beautiful house with big garden and patio with two conservatories - close to Brixton/Herne Hill/North Dulwich/Denmark Hill - £1200 rent including bills - need someone from March the 1st!

Hi everyone 👋

Myself and my friend are currently looking for a third person to join the our house share from the 1st of March. We will consider couples and short term lets but ideally would be someone looking for the foreseeable!

The property itself is semi detached and spread across to floors. It boasts a large front gated garden with 2 drives and garage as well as a back patio so lots of outdoor space ☀️ there are also extra parking spots to take advantage of as well as we are only using one currently. It’s the best outdoor space I’ve seen after being in london for 15 years 🪴it also has a great open plan lounge and dining room as well as a modern kitchen with microwave, washer drier and dishwasher and 2 small conservatories so really is a great space! We have set up a desk in one of the conservatories in case anyone needs to work from home and the other one is going through a transitional period bu we would eventually like it to have lots of plants in there. There are 3 double bedrooms and you will have one of those.

The room comes with a double bed and black out blinds as well as a double wardrobe to use.

The house is close to Herne Hill, North Dulwich, Denmark Hill and Brixton so is a great location with transport links including train, tube and bus routes so you have loads of choice! It takes around 15 mins into London Bridge and we are around 10 mins from the Victoria line tube. There are also lots of parks around including the popular Brockwell Park down the road and also Brixton Lido 🏊There are lots of shops, great places to eat and pubs locally.

You will be living me and also a friend of mine, we are one female and one male so open to either and we are both mid 30s. We are both very social and one of us works in Events and the other is in Sales. We have known each other since school so get on really well and we are open to any type of person to come and join us - if you want to become a friend then great but also if you would prefer to not socialise too much then that also works - one of us works in the office 5 days a week and the other is usually at her boyfriends during the week so the weeks can be quite busy with more time to see each other at weekends. We both love cooking, eating, discovering new places, travelling, dancing, festivals, reading and going to the gym.
