It's a short walk to Brixton tube + train, Brockwell park, Herne Hill market ect...
The house backs onto the train line, so there is some intermittent noise in the day.

Living here already; Ben + Kate (he/him, she/her; Owners, circus enthusiasts, skaters), Jas (she/her, queer + mixed race, mental health researcher, loves all things earthy 🌱) and two old sleepy dogs.

Shared spaces; kitchen, small bathroom, toilet, big open living room, small patio garden and yoga space.
Some storage available in basement / loft.
Sadly not very accessible; stairs everywhere and slightly narrow doors.

We are looking for; a clean, tidy, lefty, feminist human to fit in with a chilled out + safe vibe; think more movies / boardgames / dinner dates than party times.

Shared cleaning responsibilities.
Rent includes most bills (Council Tax, water, energy, broadband)
We also share a monthly online shop for some household cleaning supplies which comes to approx £20 pcm
