Spacious Double Room in Herne Hill

Hello,

I have a room available in this bright lovely flat in Herne Hill, from the start of October.

The room is quite spacious and bright (south facing). It is partly furnished with a double bed, and it has its own en-suite shower (although the previous tenants have not been using it for years, so its condition needs to be checked).

The flat is located on the first floor in a Victorian house, with views to Brockwell park in one direction, and over towards St Paul's dome and the London Eye in the other direction. It is right opposite Brockwell Lido, and within a couple of minutes walking distance of Herne Hill train station.

I am a 37 year old lecturer of economics. I go to university to teach 2-3 times a week and work from home for the rest of the week. I am looking for another (preferably) female professional who is respectful of personal space but also open to spending time together in the flat occasionally.
