- Shared living room with Sky TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus
- Shared modern bathroom (with one other)
- Shared modern kitchen with gas hob, american fridge freezer/ice machine and spacious for 3 people living
- All bills are included in the price stated
- Flat is a first/second floor conversion located 2mins from Herne Hill station, which is on the Thameslink and SouthEastern lines. Thameslink: E&C (6mins), Blackfriars (12mins), Farringdon (17mins) and Kings Cross St Pancras (22mins). South Eastern: Brixton (2mins) and Victoria (10mins). The flat is also a 20min walk from Brixton, 10min walk to North Dulwich.
- Located in the heart of Herne Hill, 2mins walk from the high street with pubs, restaurants and shops including a Tesco, Sainsburys, local butcher and deli. The flat is also a 4min walk from Brockwell park and lido.

About the housemates
- The flat is a 3 bedroom conversion, with 2 existing housemates including myself as the live in landlord and my cousin.
- We work for Big4 accounting firms and 90% of the time we are both in the office Monday-Friday. We generally leave the flat around 07:30 in the morning and generally return in the evenings around 18:30.
- We have a cleaner who comes once a week for 3 hours on a Monday and we keep the flat clean and tidy ourselves during the week.
- We generally cook a few days a week and eat out/get take aways outside of that. We often have a sunday roast together and you would be welcome to join for flat cooking nights!

- we are council tax band D
- bins are out on a Monday
- neighbours are relaxed working professionals and I also own the ground floor flat that is rented out full time
