We have an opportunity for someone to join our house in Herne Hill, as one of our housemates is relocating to the US. The available room is a spacious double with its own bathroom. The room will be available from 25th November and is priced at £925 per month. Bills come to approximately £98 per month on top of that.

The house itself is a lovely, modern 5-bedroom property, and all bedrooms have their own en-suite, so no need to share bathrooms. There’s a large, open-plan living space which is joined to the kitchen, as well as a little garden space if the sun ever decides to come out.

You’ll be sharing the house with four other young professionals, aged 24-27, all easygoing and sociable. We work in a variety of fields, but we enjoy spending time together. That said, everyone’s respectful of each other’s space, so the house never feels too crowded or chaotic. It’s a balanced, easy-going, relaxed vibe overall.

The location is brilliant. We’re just a short walk (4 mins) from Herne Hill station, with sub-15-minute links to Blackfriars or Victoria. Brockwell Park is just around the corner if you enjoy green spaces.
