Social and friendly Herne Hill Houseshare

We are a house of friends - a producer, pharmacist, lawyer and business analyst. Lucy has lived here for two years, Esme moved in last summer and Rob and Ben moved in earlier this year. We all have our own things going on but if we're in the house at the same time we'll often have dinner together or go for a pint.

The house is huge with five double bedrooms over three floors (plus basement for storage). It was renovated last year with new carpets and extra insulation. On the ground floor is a large living room, kitchen, utility room and downstairs loo and a dining room which opens out onto our garden. On the first floor are three bedrooms (including the master), a bathroom (with bath), and a separate loo. The top floor has two further bedrooms, a new bathroom and a home office with a sofa bed and two desks.

Your room would be on the first floor and shares a bathroom and toilet with 1 other room and the occasional guest.

The room is available from early November but there is some flexibility on move in date. It comes fully unfurnished but the rest of the house is fully furnished.

Bills
Vary depending on the time of year but are between £100-£150 per month. That includes all gas, electricity, good internet for WFH and a lovely cleaner.

Transport
The house is an 8 minute walk from Herne Hill and North Dulwich stations, which between them have fast trains to Victoria, London Bridge, King's Cross and Gatwick. Brixton is the nearest Tube, which is a 10 minute cycle away. We are all cyclists and have undercover bike storage in our garden.

Local amenities:
Sainsbury's, Tesco, Brockwell Park, Herne Hill market, Half Moon pub all within a 10 minute walk. Also close to Dulwich and Ruskin parks as well as Brockwell Park Lido. The area is quiet and relaxed but easy to cycle into Central.
