This is a rare find, located just a 1-minute walk from Brockwell Park and Herne Hill Train Station, surrounded by amazing bars, restaurants, and supermarkets—perfect for both outdoor lovers and foodies alike!

Bathrooms: 2 - so no morning queues!
Living room: Big and spacious, perfect for movie nights or relaxing with friends.
Kitchen: Lots of room to cook, with everything you need to whip up a great meal.

About Us:
We’re a friendly and tight-knit group who enjoy both spending time together and respecting each other’s space. Whether it’s a movie night, casual pub visit or occasional housemate outings, we enjoy hanging out and making our home a warm and welcoming place. Cleanliness is important to us, and we have a regular cleaner to keep things tidy.
Your housemates would be Ryan, a professional voice actor and content creator with a passion for mental health advocacy and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Bella, who works in VFX film production, is always down to catch a dance or gym class but loves good food spots just as much. And lastly Caya, who works in television and regularly travels and jet sets through Europe.

Who We're Looking For:
We're after someone who’s friendly, respectful, and also values a clean and tidy home. Someone who is looking for a home rather than just a flat share. As we are all working professionals, we’d prefer the same. Ideally, we're looking for a male housemate to keep the gender balance in the house, but we are open to all genders.
