My partner and I have lived her for nearly 2 years, and love this flat but are moving out as we have bought a flat nearby.
We need someone to take on the rest of the contract.
We are currently paying 2100 until april 2025, at which point there is a mutual break clause, and the rent will adjust to market rate, up to an additional 2.5%, on a rolling contract.

It is an ideal flat for a couple who work from home. Large living room, with lots of light. Massive master bedroom, with closet and large wardrobe for 2. Spare room is single, with room for 1-2 desks. Large outdoor space with swing and barbecue,

We are just across the road from Ruskin Park. You can walk across the park to Denmark Hill station, about 10-12 minutes total. Loughborough junction is a 7 minute walk. You can get the bus 10-15 mins or walk 20 mins to Brixton station.

It is minimally furnished - there are a few bits of storage such as 2 bookcases in the living room, the large wardrobe, and storage in the bathroom and bedroom. Otherwise unfurnished. Excellent storage throughout the flat. Understairs closet.

We are looking to move out on December 14th.
We have absolutely loved living here.
