Please note the room is modest in size but can comfortably fit a double bed, bedside drawer, chest of drawers and a clothing rail but would not fit a full-size wardrobe or a desk in addition. There is additional storage space beneath the bed, made accessible by a spring mechanism and more space in the shared areas of the flat.

The main event is the spacious living & dining room with large windows overlooking the greenery of south London. There is a comfortable sofa and chair set with space for a wardrobe and a bookshelf, a chaise-longue, a large dining table and other furniture. It is great for having people over for dinner or a cup of tea. For tenants who prefer working from home, there is a dining table and a second writing desk.

The kitchen and bathroom are also both on the smaller side but are perfectly adequate. In the kitchen there is a washing machine, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave. There is an iron and hoover plus other appliances.

Herne Hill is a lovely part of town, with a diversity of local businesses and things to do, from a Tesco and Sainsburys just downstairs, to a variety of bakeries, cafes, butcher, pubs, restaurants, etc.

Herne Hill Station is just downstairs, the station links to King Cross (20 min) Victoria (10 min) Brixton (4 min). Buses and trains are a short ride to Brixton, Peckham, Camberwell and Dulwich.
