1 room available in a lovely 3 bedroom flat in the Herne Hill/Brixton area. The flat is in a great spot for transport links with the Victoria line, Overground & Thameslink all within walking distance. You'd be living with two lovely flatmates - Emily & Isabelle - who are both friendly, tidy, respectful and enjoy going to the local pub quiz at the Cambria!

- 2 bathrooms, currently I am the only flatmate who uses the smaller bathroom so you would get a bathroom to yourself (essentially an en suite!)

- Plenty of storage in the room (1 wardrobe & 2 sets of drawers). The desk, chair, mirror and bedside unit are mine but there's lots of room for a desk/additional furniture if you need to work from home
- The flat is 2 floors
- Close to 2 leafy parks - Ruskin Park & Brockwell Park
- Super close to lots of great areas including Brixton, Herne Hill, Camberwell, Dulwich & Peckham. There's loads of great places to eat, drink & shop really close by.
- 20 mins to Kings Cross on the Thameslink
- Flatmates do a mix of working from home & in the office (usually 2 days at home)

- Loughborough Junction station (Thameslink): 4 min walk
- Brixton Tube station (Victoria line): 15 min walk
- Denmark Hill Station (Overground): 18 min walk

The room will be available from the 5th December but I can be flexible.

Bills: £100
Will be a 12 month contract with a 6 month break clause - however the landlord is fine with tenants finding replacements so it's quite flexible if you did want to leave any earlier.
