Looking for 1 Kind and Quiet Flatmate

Hello

We are currently looking to fill one bedroom in our shared flat.

The flat:

- the flat has lots of green plants (S takes care of them)
- We dont wear shoes in the house
- The flat is on the first floor and has 12 steps to our front door and then 6 steps to the kitchen.
- The flat consits of a small kitchen with table, there is no other common space.
- There is a separate shower room and toilet room
- We pitch in every two weeks for a cleaner which ranges from 9-10 pounds
- We take out the trash and recycling when one of us has time, there no routa
- large outdoor garden located on ground floor - shared with flat 1 and flat 2 (ours)

The Flatmates:

- Titash (she/her) works a 9-6pm office job in film monday - friday

- S (they/them) is a full time artist and works from home but is away on travel every 3-4 weeks

- Amber (she/her) works at a restaurant and has a flexible work schedule. 1/2 at home 1/2 at work

We are all kind to each-other but are busy with our own lives so rarely spend time together.

Your room:
- Has one window that opens and faces huge green garden
- The main bedroom walls encompass the garden so there is no sound (quite room)
- There are options to have furnishings or none
- There is a fireplace that does not work but adds to the beauty of the room
- There is a closet built in for things or books
