Camberwell and Brixton are also within walking distance, making this a fantastic location for easy access to transport and local amenities.

The dining room has a bright skylight and the modern bathroom features both a bath and a shower, and the kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a washing machine tucked away in a convenient cupboard.

You’ll be sharing the house with just one friendly, professional tenant, making it a peaceful and homely environment. We're looking for a female tenant who works full-time, is friendly, and ideally likes to keep a clean and tidy space. You’ll be taking over my tenancy, which runs until March 2025, with the potential to renew - if you'd like.
