Double room with ensuite in gorgeous girls home in Herne Hill/Brixton.

We’re looking for someone to take over the third room in the house, which is a very spacious double in the downstairs of the maisonette with an ensuite. Furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There’s plenty of space for additional furniture including desk/dresser which makes working from home easy. There is a separate living room and kitchen/diner and a cute little garden which is perfect in the summer for bbqs and sun bathing, being a sun trap most of the afternoon.

We are in a great location in between Brixton, Camberwell and Herne Hill, all within a 15 minute walk. We are less than a 5 minute walk to Loughborough Junction station which has good (and fast) links into the city.

You will be living with us - Maria (29), PR manager and Rosey (31), fashion buyer. Both girls enjoy going out, working out and eating out.

We’re looking for a clean, tidy and chilled considerate housemate who would be happy to hang out with us and watch the latest reality series but also happy to do our own thing. Ladies preferred message please!

Rent is £900 per month plus bills which are around £125 per month. The room is available from 21st December onwards, and there may be some flex.
