Huge room available in Herne Hill

Short term let available in the beautiful Herne Hill. One of our housemates will be out of the country between Jan 15 - April 15th and we’re looking for someone to fill the spot. The flat is a huge top floor apartment in Herne Hill mansions and the room itself is bright, sunny and also pretty huge. It will have all furnishings already in the room, and some of the old flatmate’s belongings may be stashed away within the room too but there will be plenty of room for your stuff!

Location:
The flat is a 2 minute walk away from Herne Hill station which has direct links right into Victoria or on the Thameslink into Blackfriars/Farringdon etc. so amazingly easy to get around. Herne Hill itself has some amazing pubs and cafes and is right on Brockwell Park which is lush all year round (try swimming in the lido in Jan if you’re brave enough!).

The flat is also VERY reasonably priced at only £772 including bills (WiFi/TV also all included).

We’re hoping to get someone in for the whole of that 3 month window (and the room itself will likely be available from Jan 1st if you need to move in even sooner.

We’re all super sociable and friendly in the flat but also all have our own lives and like time to ourselves. We’re really just looking for someone who’s lovely, but respectful too!
