We are looking for a lodger, who is professional and who ideally works full time outside the home, to join our relaxed, creative and calm household in Zone 2. A delightful garden annexe room contains a single bed which can be made into two singles or a double. It has access to the facilities and company of the main house but has its own heating, ample storage, desk with chair and a WiFi booster to ensure constant connectivity. It is a quiet and secluded room opening directly onto an attractive double width garden with its (parched) lawn, apple tree and privet hedges. Current household includes me the owner, a son returning in holidays from uni, plus another lodger who is a young professional working in the City. We are in a conservation area and ideally located for transport links all over London (North Dulwich, Herne Hill, Denmark Hill stations are a short walk away, as are local buses to Brixton, London Bridge, Liverpool Street and Euston). Stroll to Dulwich Village, Lordship Lane or Herne Hill with its famous outdoor lido, join one of the many gyms nearby or have a sauna in Ruskin Park. The lively restaurants, shops and cinemas of East Dulwich, Brixton and Peckham are all close by. Price is inclusive of all bills although, during winter months, an added contribution towards energy costs will be expected depending on usage.
