Room to rent in Herne Hill

My housemate is moving out and I am looking for a new housemate to take over her room. We have a lovely cosy flat just an 8 minute walk from Herne Hill station (and around 20 minutes to Brixton). The flat was unfurnished when we moved in however most of the living room furniture belongs to me and she is happy to sell her bedroom furniture. (Bed/ mattress/ wardrobe/ desk/ chest of drawers)

Bills are around £150-200. The flat is small but cosy and has worked really well for the past 2 years.

I enjoy running and yoga as well as relaxing in front of the tv. My late night days are slightly behind me, however I do enjoy eating out and having a couple of cocktails! I would love to find someone to spend a couple of evenings a week unwinding together whilst both having our own lives. Happy to answer any questions!
