The house is on Mayall Road halfway between Brixton and Herne Hill and it is a 3-bed house.
In the house currently is a couple (33 and 29) and another male, 28. We are all professionals who work a hybrid of at home and in the office.
I've been in the house for a 3 years and I love it. It is an 8-minute walk from Herne Hill station, which has the City Thames Link and Sourthern Rail, or a 13-minute walk to Brixton Underground which has the Victoria Line.
The room is £1,010 including all bills.
Included in the bills we have a cleaner come every other Wednesday to do the communal areas so the house is always clean.
There is a garden with the property and you can apply for a permit parking on the road if you have a car.
The room comes with a bed, cupboard, and drawers.
We are looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy housemate and the room is avaliable from the 1st of March.
