Description

The house is on Mayall Road halfway between Brixton and Herne Hill and it is a 3-bed house. We are both girls and we tend to go to the office 4 days a week, I work in accounting and Ellie works in Marketing. We are looking for someone who is a professional and does not work from home all the time.

I've been in the house for a year and I love it. It is an 8-minute walk from Herne Hill station, which has the City Thames Link and Sourthern Rail, or a 13-minute walk to Brixton Underground which has the Victoria Line.

Rent is 2800 between 3 of us, with bills on top we usually pay around £1100 each a month.

Included in the bills we have a cleaner come every other Wednesday to do the communal areas so the house is always pretty clean.

There is a garden with the property and you can apply for a permit parking on the road if you have a car,

The room comes with a bed, cupboard, and drawers.
