Two Rooms available in Herne Hill

Hello, my two friends are moving out to live with their boyfriends, so I'm looking for two new flatmates.

The flat is opposite Brockwell Park, less than ten minutes walk to Tulse Hill and Herne Hill stations and about 25 minutes to Brixton tube. Bus stop right outside the flat too. Big spacious living room, good kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet.

I've lived in the flat for 3 years, so it really feels like home for me now. I'd like to find people I'm comfortable living with and who are a similar age. Whilst I wouldn't necessarily describe it as a 'party flat', it has always been very sociable and friendly, which is important to me.

Currently living with two women and between the three of us, the house is spotless, which is very important to me!!!
