Looking for Third Flatmate in South London

We’re Gemma and Emily, two female friends in our mid-20s looking for a third flatmate to join our cozy home in Tulse Hill. If you’re tidy, friendly, responsible, and ideally pescatarian/vegetarian, we’d love to hear from you!

A bit about us:
•⁠ Gemma (25): Works in digital marketing. Loves reformer Pilates, matcha lattes, curling up with procedural TV shows, and being in bed by 9pm.
•⁠ Emily (26): A civil servant with a passion for running, orienteering, reading, and relaxing with some knitting or crochet.

We both enjoy a relaxed homely vibe and are big fans of keeping the space clean and welcoming. We both work from home around two days a week and have friends over for dinner now and then.
Both of us have boyfriends who are occasionally around and we sometimes stay with.

The flat:
Located in Tulse Hill, South London, our flat has great transport links, Brockwell park three minutes walk away and a market in Herne Hill every Sunday. There is a Lido near by and some fun pubs 5 minutes away in Tulse Hill. Your room is bright, spacious, and ready to make your own. Rent is £812pcm, plus bills.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys their own space but is also up for a chat, a shared meal, or a Netflix night now and then.
