Spacious bright south facing double room

Our housemate is moving out of this spacious and bright south facing double room with an enormous 100 ft garden. The room is semi furnished coming with a wardrobe and the current tenant is likely to leave her bed, mattress and chest for a small fee. The common spaces are already furnished with our furniture, and the whole house is double-glazed.

Sharing with 3 creative professionals (2 M, 1 F - including MF couple) in music and film industries and one orange cat (currently unemployed). We’re all 27/28, enjoying each others company day to day and hanging out in and outside the house. We like to have friends over, host dinner parties and listen to music, watching movies and playing games are regular occurrences in the evenings and weekends.

Looking for someone who is 25-33, sociable and fun, respectful and clean. We’re a tidy household, and often go out on the weekends but prefer to have dinner parties to house parties - we keep it fairly chill when at home. Working from home is fine but bear in mind it should be primarily from the room rather than the lounge.

The huge garden is set for summer BBQs using our fire pit, and it’s expected that whoever joins the household will help with basic gardening maintenance where possible. We’ve got big plans to make a veggie patch and wildflower meadow, which will make it a really nice place to be during summer.

Deposit is £1200. Bills are £86.40 (including council tax) and are fixed at the same amount every month with Superfast WiFi.

15min walk to Herne Hill, Loughborough Junction and Denmark Hill
Brockwell park, Ruskin park and Dulwich park are all between 5-15 mins walk.
Cat included but more pets not allowed, sorry.
